We Put a Head Cover On a Goat.... Again!

We were fortunate to partner once again with our good friends at Silvies Valley Ranch in Seneca, Oregon—to put a head cover on a goat. Yes, you read that right. If you've ever played a round at Silvies, you know it’s unlike anywhere else in the world. One of the true highlights (and crowd favorites) is the opportunity to golf alongside their legendary goat caddies. Decked out in custom-designed Seamus saddlebags and trained to carry your clubs, these charming companions have become icons of the ranch—and the inspiration behind our Seamus Goat logo.

Spring in eastern Oregon is something special. The air is crisp, the high desert is starting to bloom, and at Silvies, it’s officially kid season. That means baby goats—everywhere. Bounding across the hillsides, nuzzling your legs at the tee box, or catching a nap in the sunshine near the green, these little ones add even more magic to an already unforgettable golf experience.

The incredible team at Silvies has been hard at work all winter and early spring preparing the course, and it’s shaping up beautifully. Lush fairways, big skies, and some of the most creative layouts in the country await. Whether you’re coming for the golf, the goats, or just the serene escape of the ranch, opening day on May 1st is a perfect excuse to make the trip.

Our new Cowboy Boot Driver Cover is a tribute to the rugged charm of western ranch life. Handcrafted with premium, boot-grade leather and detailed with classic Western stitching, it’s a piece that feels right at home among the dust trails, pine trees, and big skies of Silvies Valley Ranch. Inspired by the cowboy spirit that lives in the goats, the land, and the people, this head cover brings a little frontier flair to your bag—and there’s truly no better place to debut it than right here where the goats roam free.

We hope to see you out there soon. Don’t forget to pack your sense of adventure—and maybe a goat treat or two.
