Seamus Golf Return, Exchange, and Repair Policies
For all cases below, we ask that you reach out to our customer service team at: info@seamusgolf.com. In some cases, we may ask you to provide pictures of the items in question.
Returns & Exchanges
- Seamus Golf orders are eligible for return or exchange within 30 days of receipt of your shipment.
- Items must be new, unused, and in the original condition in which you received them.
- Exchanges, store credits, and/or refunds will be issued only after our warehouse receives and inspects returned goods to confirm they meet our return-eligible criteria above.
- Please allow up to 10 business days to receive and process your return or exchange request after we receive your package.
- If you return an item purchased with a discount code, your refund will reflect the proportionally discounted price, not the standard full price.
- Damaged returns and returns sent back without prior authorization will be returned to the sender.
- Items returned more than 30 days after the original delivery date, will not be accepted.
Returns:

Refunds to original payment method:
- The customer is responsible for shipping costs back to Seamus Golf.
- Refunds are issued using the original form of payment. If a refund is not possible using the original form of payment, store credit will be issued.
- Refunds may take up to 7 - 10 business days for the amount to be returned to your bank account.

Refunds for store credit:
- Seamus will pay for the return shipping (U.S. addresses only).
- Refunds will be issued as store credit can only be used on SeamusGolf.com.
- Store credit does not expire.
Exchanges:
- Seamus will pay for the return shipping (U.S. addresses only) back to Seamus.
- While we try our best, exchange requests are not guaranteed because our stock is limited.
- Once the item is received, examined, and approved for an exchange, your new item will be sent to the address on file.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs for exchanged items.
Incorrect Items
- If you have received the wrong item or your customization is incorrect, please contact our customer service team (info@seamusgolf.com).
- Seamus Golf will pay for all shipping costs to have the item returned to us, and all shipping costs to send the correct item out.
- Once Seamus receives the item back, the correct item will be shipped out.
Golf Bag Repair Policy
- Any golf bag purchased at Seamus Golf comes with a one-year repair/replacement warranty.
- All repairs are subject to review and will be assessed within five business days.
- Golf bag repairs or replacements may take up to 4-6 weeks.
- Seamus Golf will pay the return shipping cost for bags returned to us for repairs.
- Customers with golf bags past the one-year warranty will need to provide photos of the damaged areas, and our team will then assess whether the bag is repairable.
- Any bags that can be repaired will have a fee based on what needs to be done. That fee will be communicated and paid for before any repairs begin.
- For bags that can not be repaired, customers will be offered a discount towards their next golf bag purchase. The customer will be responsible for any shipping costs to and from Seamus. Please contact us (info@seamusgolf.com) if you have any questions.
Product Repair Policy
In limited cases, Seamus Golf may be able to repair your item.
Product Issues:
- Seamus Golf offers a 1-year commitment from the date of purchase to repair or replace headcovers and pouches if they experience issues due to product defects.
- Seamus Golf reserves the right to determine if the issue is due to a product defect or due to misuse/mishandling by the customer.
- Seamus Golf reserves the right to determine if the best course of action is to repair or replace the item. If the item is determined to be unrepairable and a replacement is offered, Seamus Golf will attempt to replace it with the same item. If a replacement of the same item is not possible, our customer service team will connect with the customer and discuss possible options.
- Seamus Golf will only extend this commitment for headcovers and pouches purchased from SeamusGolf.com or from authorized retailers.
- Any item purchased through third-party websites cannot be authenticated and will not be covered. This includes social marketplaces, C2C (consumer-to-consumer) trade and sale websites, or large fulfillment warehouses.
- Any item purchased from other individuals, thrift stores, or antique/flea markets will not be covered.
- Customers are responsible for shipping costs to and from Seamus Golf.
Product Lid Repair:
Over time, your product may start to experience normal wear and tear. As many of our products are made from textiles, these material fibers can start to break down over time and use. In some cases, we can extend the life of your Driver or Fairway headcover by replacing the lid with a leather version.
- Cost: $15 per lid
- Shipping: Covered by the customer both to and from Seamus Golf
- Typical timeline: From the date we receive the head cover, it can take between 1 to 2 weeks for repair.
Below are some common questions we receive:
- Can you repair hybrids, putters, mallets, drawstring pouches, or other items? In most cases, no. However, you are always welcome to send in pictures for evaluation to see if it is something we can repair.
- Can I choose what type of leather is used? You can request a color, but availability is based on what materials we have available.
- Are you required to only select from leather? Yes. This material is the strongest available and will hold up the best over time. Faux Leather is not available as a repair option.
- My headcover was purchased from a course and has the course logo on the lid. Can you duplicate the logo on the new lid? Unfortunately, we are not able to embroider replacement lids at this time.
- Can all Driver and Fairway headcovers be repaired? In some cases, no. Depending on the condition of the rest of the cover, the material may be damaged enough that it cannot be repaired. We try to identify this prior to having you send in your headcover through pictures.
Items Not Eligible for Returns
The following items are not eligible for returns:
- Headcovers, pouches, and other sewn items with leather labels or customizations.
- Hand Forged® items with hand stamping or customization.
- Any item marked as "Final Sale".
- Wood Bag Tags customized with a name or customization.
